Our community outreach efforts often seemed to stall out between the idea and actually going out into the community. Our HR department got overwhelmed with coordinating schedules, wavers, and individual needs. Rising Tide was able to take over all that and streamline the process so we could spend less time thinking about volunteering and more time actually doing it.

We had wanted to make increasing community service a priority for a long time but never were able to figure out the logistics. After some research we signed up for Rising Tide's newsletter of volunteer opportunities in our area. They connected us to a number of local organizations and made it easy for us to get employees to volunteer sites.
